Camper registration

Himmelbjerget Danish Camp will be located at Menucha Retreat in Corbett, Oregon.

Note:  These forms are not interactive. Please print them out and fill them in with blue or black ink. If you have PDF Viewer installed in your browser, these PDF forms will open in your browser automatically rather than download to your Download folder. To save them to your desktop, just right click and choose “Save As” and navigate to your Desktop.

Camp fees

Cost includes tuition, food, lodging, and instruction, as well as a Himmelbjerget t-shirt.

  • $600 Early registration
    • Full payment must be received by March 31
    • Includes $10 Butik credit
  • $625 Registration received after March 31

Please add $10 per camper if you need us to provide bedding. (Bedding includes blanket, sheets, towels, and pillow.)

Note: there may be a small additional fee for special diets. Please contact Camp Director for details.

 

Camper requirements

  • All campers must be aged 10-18 (4th-12th grade students).

Senior Camper requirements

  • Senior campers must have completed Freshman year of high school.
  • Please make sure to talk to Camp Director if you wish to be considered for a senior camper position.

Scholarships

Some scholarships are available through the Danish Brotherhood and the Danish Sisterhood. If your family would like to apply, please make a note on the application. If you’d like to discuss the options available, you are welcome to contact us and we will do the best we can to get your child into camp. You can also contact the NW Danish Association about payment plans.
